Lauren Shears Agnew began work as Montclair public schools’ executive director of communications on Oct. 31. Agnew previously worked as a public information officer for Essex County. Agnew will continue to run and operate local news site TAPinto East Orange-Orange with her husband, Brian, while serving Montclair schools.
