Belleville public schools plans C.A.S.A. ribbon cutting ceremony on May 4. The event is from 10-11 a.m. at 522 Cortlandt St. It will celebrate the opening of Belleville’s newest learning and resource center. The center will provide tutoring for students, school registration, professional development and adult learning opportunities.
