Essex County Home Improvement Program 2024 Eligibility Workshop

Belleville Senior Center to host a county-wide home improvement workshop for county residents on Apr. 30. The workshop is from 6-8 p.m. and will help attendees check their eligibility for the county’s free home improvement program. Bloomfield, Newark, East Orange, and Irvington homeowners can contact their municipal offices for information about municipality specific home improvement programs.
