Glen Ridge library plans its monthly virtual author talks event starting Feb. 8. Tessa Bailey will discuss her book “Fangirl Down” at 8 p.m. There will be an interactive Q&A session after the discussion. Recordings of the talk will be available to library card holders. Registration is required.
