Watchung Booksellers to host an authors conversation event with poet Kwame Alexander on Jan. 31 in Montclair. Alexander will be in conversation with poets Reginald Harris, Jacqueline Johnson, and Chris Slaughter from 6:30-8 p.m. at 50 S. Fullerton Ave. The program launches the nationwide “A Great Day in Poetry campaign, celebrating Black American artists. Admission fee is $5. Purchase tickets online.
