East Orange Parkway Drive’s north and southbound sides will have road resurfacing completed Oct. 23-31. Resurfacing will begin at north at Maybaum Ave. and south at North Clinton St. No parking will be allowed on those streets between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. and traffic delays are expected.
