Bloomfield recreation plans “Haunted Pumpkin Patch” jack-o-lantern carving contest at Oakside Cultural Center on Oct. 27. Registration is open to residents age 10+, adults, and families. Preregistration is required by Oct. 19 and all registered participants will receive one free pumpkin and LED candle.
