Eligible Essex County residents can apply for scholarships provided by NAACP-Oranges and Maplewood. Scholarship applications are available online until May 1. Applicants must be a resident of Belleville, Bloomfield, East Orange, Maplewood, Nutley, Orange, South Orange, or West Orange.
