Eligible East Orange residents can receive free tax preparation services starting Feb. 3

East Orange residents with a household income of $80,000 or less can sign up for free tax preparation services. IRS-certified volunteers will assist at East Orange library. Services are by appointment only starting Feb. 3. The last day to file taxes is Apr. 15.
