Eligible N.J. residents can apply for utility payment assistance for 2025-26 through LIHEAP

Low-income N.J. residents with high utility bills can apply for payment assistance through the state’s Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program for 2025-26. Applications opened on Oct. 1 and applications are accepted on based on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications are available online.
