East Orange received $2 million in grants from NJDEP

From New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.

East Orange received $2 million in grants from the N.J. Department of Environmental Protection to fund green space projects. Funding will be used to construct a track field, resurface basketball courts, add a pavilion shade structure and walking paths, and upgrade landscaping throughout Oval Park, according to the NJDEP.
