Maplewood residents’ 2025 utility bill includes a stormwater utility fee and is due Sep. 25. In December 2024, Maplewood passed a law to establish a stormwater utility to better manage stormwater runoff on roads, parking lots, and rooftops through infrastructure repairs and upgrades. Most homeowners will see an average utility fee of $35-$175 per year that will go towards funding stormwater management. Bills can be paid online. The township published a guide on when and how to pay end of the year bills, available online.
