NJCA plans community resource fair Sep. 13 in Rahway

Community resource fair planned with N.J. Citizen Action on Sep. 13 in Rahway. It begins at 11 a.m. at Ebenezer A.M.E. Church, 253 Central Ave. There will be family activities, backpack giveaways, and free tours of the African American History and Heritage Learning Center. Free admission.
