From Montclair Local.

Montclair’s Clary Anderson Arena will be managed by Sports Facilities Management LLC following approval by township council members. Montclair will pay the company $12,000 per month to manage the arena. It comes after recent discussion to shut down the facility because of building code violations and safety hazards. Immediate building repairs will cost nearly $1 million, according to township manager Stephen Marks. Proceeds from the rink will go towards a municipal utility to pay for repairs, town officials said.
