University of Orange’s annual Music City Festival for 2025 is scheduled on May 9-10. There will be performances from 3-7 p.m. at Sarrah’s Cafe, 545 Central Ave. on May 9. Performances are from 1-6 p.m. at South Essex Avenue and Main Street on May 10.

Reading specialist Gina Chung Fortt will provide information about choosing a book, navigating other library services, and ways parents can assess their children’s literacy skills at home.
