Urban League of Essex County accepting applicants for rental, utility assistance

Eligible Essex County residents can apply for rental and utility assistance with the Urban League of Essex County. It pays for up to three months of back rent and up to four months for individuals with children. Applicants must be employed or have a source of income, take a ULEC workshop, and show notice of back rent or utility shutoff notice. Eligibility requirements available online. Email to apply.
