University of Orange to inaugurate Dr. Mindy Fullilove as chair, professor of community health Mar. 29

University of Orange will inaugurate Dr. Mindy Fullilove as the Helen and Robert Fullilove Chair of Community Health on Mar. 29, marking the university’s first named chair. The celebration is from 2-4 p.m. at The HUUB, 35 and 47 Cleveland St. There will be live music, guest speakers including N.J. Sen. Britnee Timberlake, and a reception. Fullilove will begin her new role at the University of Orange as professor of community health. People can make monetary donations to support the program, which will directly fund free public workshops, reading groups toolkits, and resources to support communities with tools for healing. Registration is required.
