NJ Citizen Action to host virtual health insurance workshop Mar. 3

Virtual health insurance workshop planned by NJ Citizen Action on Mar. 3. It begins at 7 p.m. and will discuss ways to enroll in the state-based marketplace, Get Covered NJ, or NJ FamilyCare, which is free or low-cost health insurance to eligible residents regardless of immigration status. There will be information about financial assistance options for health care and program eligibility requirements. Additional information will discuss the special enrollment period for health care, which opened on Feb. 1, the day after open enrollment closed. Registration is required.
