Newark Resident Leadership Academy accepting applications until Feb. 28

Newark residents can apply by Feb. 28 to join the Newark Resident Leadership Academy through the Local Initiatives Support Corporation. Participants attend a free three-month training program, join neighborhood teams, and develop a community change project in their area. This program is available for residents living in Clinton Hill, Fairmount Heights, Lincoln Park, and Lower Broadway neighborhoods. Applications available online.
