Newark opens The Ballantine, six-story mixed-use development in the Ironbound

The Ballantine recently opened as a six-story mixed-use development on Newark’s Ballantine Brewery site in the Ironbound. It is located at 80 Freeman St. It has 280 apartments with market-rate and affordable units, and a 2,600-square-foot retail space.
