Resource fair for immigrants planned by Make The Road NJ on Jan. 29 in Elizabeth. It is from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 42 Broad St. The Welcome Center for New Americans will provide resources available in Union County, including food dispensers, medical insurance enrollment, emotional wellness services, and English classes.
