Bloomfield appoints DeZenzo, Icolari, Parlavecchio to government, public safety, and legal roles

Bloomfield appointed three people to its township government, public safety, and legal team on Jan. 6. Anthony DeZenzo is the township administrator, Thomas Icolari is the Office of Emergency Management coordinator, and Michael Parlavecchio is the township attorney.
