N.J. minimum wage increases to $15.49 for most workers on Jan. 1

New Jersey’s minimum wage increased 36 cents to $15.49 for most workers on Jan. 1. The minimum wage for seasonal and small employers will increase from $13.73 to $14.53; from $18.13 to $18.49 for long-term care facility workers; from $5.26 to $5.62 for tipped workers; and from $12.81 to $13.40 for agricultural workers.
