Eligible N.J. homeowners and renters must apply to the state’s ANCHOR program by Dec. 6 to receive tax relief payments of $450 to $1,750. Benefits are awarded to homeowners who made up to $250,000 in 2021, and renters who made up to $150,000 in 2021.
