Jennings Creek wildfire in West Milford is 90% contained in N.J. as of Nov. 15, fire officials said. The wildfire spanned parts of Passaic County in N.J. and Orange County in N.Y. and is consumed about 2,300 acres in N.J. The fire will continue to flare until there is significant rain or snow. Smoke will remain present in some parts of North Jersey.
