More than 1 million N.J. voters have cast a ballot by early in-person voting or vote by mail, according to the state division of elections. That number represents more than 15% of all registered voters. Early in-person voting is available through Nov. 3 at select polling locations. Mail-in ballots are accepted through Nov. 5, Election Day.
