N.J. adults ages 21+ can receive free, online training to open a legal marijuana dispensary

New Jersey adults ages 21+ can sign up to receive free, online, state-funded training to open a legal marijuana dispensary. The Cannabis Training Academy discusses the licensing application process, municipal approval, zoning issues, raising capital, post-licensing, and general operations. The program launched on Oct. 16. Registration is available online.
