Nutley’s Memorial Park to close for six-week flood mitigation project starting Nov. 9

Nutley’s Memorial Park will be closed for six weeks for a flood mitigation project starting Nov. 4. Plans include clearing debris to increase capacity for stormwater runoff. The project is budgeted at $580,000 which will be reimbursed by FEMA.
