Mixed-income housing development project “The Sankofa Enclave at Twenty First Street” breaks ground in Irvington

“The Sankofa Enclave at Twenty First Street,” a housing development project, held its groundbreaking ceremony on Oct. 17 in Irvington. The $100 million project will include 15 two-family houses, 240 affordable housing units including five units for women aging out of foster care, and a community development center. It is located at 5 Standard Pl.
