Newark-area youth in grades 7-12 can attend a free fashion designer workshop at Newark library on Oct. 8 in the Main Branch. Attendees will learn about fashion inspiration, choosing fabrics, identifying trends, and how to merchandise a collection from 4-6 p.m. Registration is required.
