West Orange filed charges against property owners and a tree company at 111 Prospect Ave., the former Manor property, following an unauthorized removal of 246 trees. Both parties received 246 summonses each, with an extra summons levied on the tree company for failing to register with the township. The township approved planting approximately 80 tress on the site.
