New Jersey residents should avoid flooded roads and downed power lines as heavy rainfall from Tropical Storm Debby is projected to continue this week. Localized flooding is anticipated in urban areas, roadways, waterways, and places with poor drainage. Residents should also report power outages to their utility company. Additional hurricane preparedness measures and resources for local emergency updates are available online.
