West Orange appoints Vincent Buono as interim CFO

West Orange appointed Vincent Buono as the township interim chief financial officer to fill a vacancy left by John Gross’ retirement. Buono will hold the position through Aug. 31. John Ditinyak will serve as the permanent CFO starting Sep. 1. Ditinyak’s contract ends Aug. 31, 2028.
