N.J. to receive $72.5 million to fund climate action projects

New Jersey will receive $72.5 million in federal funds to support its statewide climate action project, Building A Climate Ready New Jersey. The project aims to restore wetlands, protect infrastructure, use green solutions for flooding and intense urban heat, and increase public access to coastal areas. Funding will also support education and workforce initiatives.
