Essex County grand jury dismissed charges against Frank Sanchez

Essex County grand jury dismissed charges of simple assault and child endangerment against Frank Sanchez, currently suspended principal of Columbia High School, on Jun. 13. The school board declined to say whether the dismissed charges will affect its decision to not renew his employment next year.
