Newark plans virtual meeting with Mayor Ras Baraka discussing youth curfew enforcement on May 8. The meeting begins at 5 p.m. on Facebook Live. Newark’s youth curfew went into effect on May 3. Youth ages 17 and younger must be within 100 yards of their home between 11 p.m. and 5:30 a.m.
