Newark plans “Drive Up and Go” food distribution May 8

Newark plans a city-wide “Drive Up and Go” food distribution on May 8. There will be 1,000 food boxes available on South Orange Avenue and Salem Street starting at 10 a.m. Boxes include fruit, vegetables, and chicken. Walk-ups welcome at the corner of South Orange Avenue and Salem Street.
