South Orange residents can receive humus or mulch delivery by appointment starting Apr. 19. Delivery is $50 and includes loads of two to five cubic yards. Dates are Apr. 19, May 24, Jun. 21, and Jul. 19. Small quantities are available for free for pickup at the DPW Recycling Center. Sign up online.
