East Orange and Precious Little Ladies, an East Orange-based nonprofit, to host “Kite Flight” for Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Awareness Month on Apr. 13. The event is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Elmwood Park and will include educational and mental health resources, kite flying, and conversations on abuse prevention. Registration required.
