Eligible N.J. students in the 10th congressional district can submit artwork to the “Artistic Discovery Contest.” Submissions can include paintings, drawings, collages, prints, mixed media, computer-generated art, and photography. The winning piece will be displayed for one year at the U.S. Capitol. Guidelines and submission form available online.
