Washington Avenue in Belleville will have one-lane traffic from Cleveland Street to Academy Street starting Apr. 8 due to a pavement resurfacing project. The project was originally scheduled to start on Apr.1 but has been rescheduled due to bad weather conditions. Detours and “no parking” notices will be reposted later in the week.
