Montclair’s second annual “Plant Based for the Planet” is planned for Apr. 1-30, with 12 restaurants introducing plant-based options throughout the month. Restaurants include: Tinga Taqueria, Faubourg, De Novo, Marcel Bakery and Kitchen, Mercado, Samba, Zeugma Grill, WorldFLATS, Tino’s Artisan Pizza Co., Basil Indian and Thai Grill, Cafe Moso, and Porta. The initiative also includes education events that will discuss the relationship between food choices and climate change.
