The company agreed to this settlement in response to claims of charging undisclosed and “deceptive” administrative fees. Customers who had wireless or data services between Jan. 1, 2016, and Nov. 8, 2023, are eligible for up to $100, with a minimum of $15. File a claim online by Apr. 15.
