East Orange is accepting “Free Text Prep Program” appointments for residents starting Feb. 13. Eligible residents with an annual household income of $64,000 or less can schedule an appointment at the Bowser Family Senior Center by phone. Calls are accepted weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.

East Orange health and human services is accepting video submissions from residents about heart health care throughout February.
