South Orange Downtown to host “Craft Swap” on Feb. 4 with drop-offs starting Jan. 27. Unused craft items and supplies can be hand-delivered at Sew Leana, 12 W. South Orange Ave. in South Orange, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Jan. 27, 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Jan. 28, 4-6 p.m. from Jan. 29-31, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Feb. 1-2. West Orange Arts Council is seeking artists for its “Celebrating African-American Elegance: Black History Month” exhibit by Jan. 27. New Jersey Citizen Action is accepting applications for its Paid Leave Organizer program until Jan. 26. Organizers will learn through trainings and discussions over a nine-month period to get involved in policy advocacy. The program runs from February to November. Applications accepted online.
