Bloomfield police plans a town-wide community meeting on Jan. 25 at the Bloomfield Civic Center. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. and the public is encouraged to ask questions for officers to answer. There will be discussions of fraud prevention, Neighborhood Watch, and quality of life issues.
