Out Montclair plans “Italian Cooking Class” for ages 50+ on Jan. 19. Montclair Culinary Academy’s Chef Karan will lead the class from 6-9 p.m. at 550 Valley Rd. Attendees will make pasta, sauce, flatbread, and tiramisu. Registration is required.
