Maplewood plans a free and virtual “Youth Mental Health First Aid Training” on Jan. 25. The class is from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a focus on identifying developing mental health symptoms in youth ages 12-18 and connecting them to receive help. Training is recommended for school staff, adults working with youth, community members, family members, and municipal employees. Preregistration and prep work is required by Jan. 19.
