NOTICE OF DECISION
CITY OF NEWARK – CENTRAL PLANNING BOARD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 4, 2023, the City of Newark’s Central Planning Board (the “Board”) voted to approve an extension of application CPB-20-02 on behalf of Kamanga, Inc. (the “Applicant”) for a project to be located at Thirteenth Avenue and South Seventh Street, also referred to as Block 1800, Lots 38 on the official tax records of the City of Newark (the “Property”).

At the meeting, the Board approved Applicant’s request for an additional one (1) year extension of its Major Subdivision approval of the Property, located in the R-2 Zone (One-Two Family Zone), to create three (3) separate conforming lots. Further, the approval is subject to conditions imposed by the Resolution.

A copy of the Board’s memorializing resolution is on file in the Office of Planning, Zoning & Sustainability, City Hall, 920 Broad Street, Room 112, Newark, New Jersey 07102.
