West Orange’s Luna Stage to host regional premiere of “Trich” Dec. 1-10. The play is written and performed by Becca Schneider, and directed by Jenn Haltman and Casey Pfeifer. It tells a story about mental health, isolation, and recovery. Advanced tickets are available for purchase. Add to 📅.

Essex County recreation to host 2023 “Historic Holiday House Tour” Dec. 2-3. County residents can tour 11 houses and historic sites in Cedar Grove, Nutley, Bloomfield, West Caldwell, Verona, Montclair, Livingston, and West Orange. Admission rates vary by location. Add to 📅.

West Orange SEPAC to host communication board unveiling on Dec. 1 at Kelly Elementary School. The event begins at 10 a.m. The boards are installed in playgrounds to help nonverbal children communicate. The group is also seeking sponsors for communication boards at six other elementary schools.

The 2023 New Jersey Menstrual Health Equity Summit is planned for Dec. 2 in Jersey City. The event’s theme, “Pioneering Paths: Grassroots Innovations and Intersections,” will highlight grassroots solutions and organizations fighting period poverty. Preregistration is required.
